Pictorial Guide to Building the Hoogaars in a Bottle

The following is a pictorial guide showing the steps Frans Dekker took in building his Hoogaars in a Bottle. A Hoogaars is a fishing ship from the southern part of the Nederland’s. I put the ship in a bottle and after that I put some resin in the bottle.  But the glass was too thin and it cracked. I released the ship from the resin and built the tower of the port of Veere. I found a bottle with a bottleneck that was wide enough to put both in.
