Bottle 345 - Nhatrang
Date Added: 01 October 2005

This is a very cute train built in a bottle. It was likely sold as a tourist items and depicts a train in the city of Nhatrang, Vietnam. The train has a steam engine, coal car, and 3 passenger cars. The last car is coming out of a tunnel. The train seems to be built out of a combination of very thin wood and card stock. The engine is very colorful with lights, cattle guard, rails and more. Rising from the engine are two large streams of white and black cotton smoke that extends the length of the train. The coal car has a large black piece of coal. The passenger cars have curved roofs with 3 red pieces on top. Each end of the passenger cars has a walk out area and 4 windows are represented on each side. The train is crossing a small trestle with black railing. The track is raised on and on one side is the word "Nhatrang." There are 3 trees and the tunnel in the bottom of the bottle is painted green with splashes of red. The bottle has a standard screw top and rests on small pieces of wood glued to each end of the bottom.
