Bottle 333 - Ship in Harbor |
---|
Date Added: 01 October 2005
This is a scene of a 3 mast ship at anchor near a large city. The bottom of the hull is gray and the upper half black with numerous gun ports painted white along the hull. There are 2 deck cabins. The rigging is very detailed and well done. Glued to the back of the bottle are two paper cutout scenes. One scene shows a country side with a small lake and people. The other scene shows large buildings, perhaps government offices. In the back of the bottle and on a raised land structure is a large castle with spires and turret. On the back side is a large building with the word "Hotele" written across the top. In the neck of the bottle is a small tug boat with a single large smokestack. The bottle is sealed with a cork and rests on a simple plinth.
