Bottle 661 - Cross and Symbols |
---|
Date Added: 26 March 2009
Upon this simple cross are nailed various objects. Two small crosses dangle from each end to the cross. Nailed to the front are two birds and two tools. In the back of the cross are a spear and a lance. A ladder starts half way up the bottle and extends almost to the top. To keep the scene stable, one end of a steel rod is resting on a wooden support on top of the cross and the other end is embedded in the small cork at the top of the bottle.
