"La récolte du goémon sur la grève Blanche, Île de Batz (Bretagne), vers 1900." Harvesting seaweed on the white strike, Île de Batz (Brittany) in the 1900's. This diorama, built by Gerard Aubry in 2014, shows a horse and wagon backed into the water's edge up to a small boat. A man on the boat uses a pitchfork to unload seaweed from the wagon to the boat for transfer. One man holds the horse steady while another man approaches with pitchfork in hand. A woman looks on from a small hill. The bottle is sealed with a cork that is signed and dated by the Artist.
