---|
Date Added: 30 January 2015
This is a scene with a two mast sailing ship on the river Yamuna near Red Fort. The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal emperor of India for nearly 200 years, until 1857. It is located in the center of Delhi and houses a number of museums. In addition to accommodating the emperors and their households, it was the ceremonial and political center of Mughal government and the setting for events critically impacting the region. Red Fort is one of the oldest forts in India . The national tri-color flag of India flies atop the fort. The bottle is sealed with a walnut stopper and there is a vintage button from a French sailor's coat on the top portion of the bottle. The bottle sits on a custom stand which rests on the backs of four lions.
