American Flag in a Bottle

This bottle contains several wood cutting tools including a buck saw with metal blade, an axe with the head buried in a stump, and a saw buck with a triangular split log going across the saw buck. Written in pencil, on one side of the log is the name of the maker "Elmer Allen; another side has the date it was made "Febry 24 1915"; and the place it was made "Lawrenceburg." The are also ribbons tied around some pieces: a white one around one leg of the saw buck and a gold one around the other leg; a red one around the buck saw, and a gold one around the log. Glued to the side of the bottle is a large American flag with 48 stars on a long wooden pole.
