Hamburg - Bottle #25
|
Date Added: 01 October 2005
This is a nicely made model of the cutter the Hamburg built in a light bulb. The ship sails on a dark blue sea with whitecaps. The hull is has a red hull, white stripe at the waterline and the upper portion is light brown. The name Hamburg is painted on the bow. There is a single mast and spar with 4 sails. The rigging is very realistic and well done. The deck has a cabin, hatch, and binnacle. The bulb is mounted on a small wood plinth and there is a small dowel supporting the socket. |
