Victorine - Bottle #19
|
Date Added: 01 October 2005
This is a model of the Hudson River Sloop "Victorine." It is a whole hull model mounted on a pedestal inside the bottle. The rigging is fairly simple as would be the case with the Hudson River Sloop. There is a single mast with 3 sails. The ship is 3.5 long and 5" tall. On bottom of the bottle is a label identifying the maker, name of ship, style, when and where made. |
